Leading projects for new design or process improvement, creating drawings and revising drawings, understanding machining capabilities with five axis mills, 3 axis mills, wet-centerless grinders and CNC lathes. I have written G-code and have some experience with Bridgeport CNC EZ-path lathe coding. I have trained production employees to new processes and written SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures). I have worked on machinery trouble shooting wiring issues or mechanical and evaluated and solved production problems. I have prepared/manufactured prototypes including molds some injection molds and machining procedures. I have conducted time studies and documented procedures with a specific filing system. I have interacted with quality control to set up an accurate inspection criteria. I have three years of experience with Solid Works and some of the software F.E.A capabilities. I have designed tooling with a budget approval. I have conducted and followed similar Lean techniques.

Test components on HAZMAT transportation vehicles. Fill tanks with air to look for leaks. Inspect welds and fix if need be. Interact with companies/customers to schedule the tests and discuss cost.
