• Provide technology support on Windows systems to all sites in US and Canada, preventing loss of business and/or damages. • Solve network connection issues, analyze logs, troubleshoot system errors, create server backups, install servers and connect VMs to virtual network, create/add new user accounts, interact with sql database, monitor system and network performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve high priority and time sensitive incidents by walking non-technical employees through resolution. • Proactively learn additional materials and work with next-level employees to grow my skill sets while fostering teamwork.

The purpose of Dr. Uday Vaidya's lab is to develop advanced manufacturing processes for composites in defense, aerospace, biomedical, automotive, construction, and renewable energy industries.• Worked alongside graduate students to develop new methods in manufacturing thermoplastic and thermoset composites• Introduced wet-laid technique as a viable method in developing thermoplastic products• Learned CAD modeling and observed 3D simulation tests and FEA of structural components• Performed destructive and nondestructive mechanical testing on composite test samples • Analyzed test results in Excel to improve manufacturing process; organized project results for posters and papers • Instruct new students on sample preparation, testing, data analysis and proper machine use

• Constructed carbon fiber/nylon-6 mats using Wet-Laid technique to explore efficient methods and materials for the manufacturing of a lightweight composite for the automotive industry • Compression molded these mats into carbon fiber-reinforced plates with a nylon-6 matrix; machined test samples from plates • Performed mechanical testing, surface analysis, and failure analysis on test samples • Attended national and international networking conferences• Gained news media experience• Presented a poster at the IACMI members meeting, July 26-28, 2017, University of Dayton, Ohio • Created a research poster and presented this poster at IACMI Members Meeting held at the University of Dayton in Ohio
