I've worked for ComTec Systems Inc. for 3 years now and in this short time, I have proven my ability to quickly learn the intricacies of my role and preform my duties to a higher standard than what was expected if me. Because of this, I was promoted from my initial role of Tier 1 Customer Support Representative to a member of the Field Engineering team. During this time I have continued to work to increase my knowledge of networking by studying for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam. I have also taken it upon myself to streamline and automate ComTec’s processes to not only provide a better customer experience but to also allow us to work more efficiently as a company. I will always be the first to admit that I don't know everything, which is why I am so excited and eager to learn new information and skills. I am always open to criticism because it teaches me how I can improve and better the company I work for.
