Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a natural passion in process improvement. I am a results-oriented business professional with experience in applying Lean Six Sigma tools in both traditional and non-traditional environments to identify and remove waste, increase process velocity, and to identify and reduce or remove process variation. I am experienced in leading cross-functional teams in a variety of different industries, and has extensive experience in coaching Lean Six Sigma projects and facilitating LeanSigma workshops across all levels of an organization.I have worked with clients in various industries including health insurance, retail, food manufacturing and aircraft and military defense. Run multiple labs, coaches students on methodology, and works alongside a seasoned Black Belt. Labs include a Sticklebrick (similar to Lego's) simulation focusing on six sigma practices, a catapult simulation focusing on lean methodology, and lastly an activity focusing on change management and Peter Senge's Other 4 Disciplines. DMAIC methodology body of knowledge covers the extensive BB body of knowledge standard that Ohio State developed to prepare students for the opportunity to work on green belt projects. This body of knowledge is tested at the end of every semester in which the students must successfully reach an 80% on Moresteams 4 hour exam.
