Encompasses the IC1 role but with the following additions. Develop and implement process flows to improve ticket resolution and efficiency. Diagnose and remediate various software issues, utilizing Bash and other scripting services to troubleshoot the servers. Assist the client with the tooling improvements by generating accurate data and reporting areas that can be improved.

Onsite At Facebook

Working onsite at the Prineville Facebook Data Center on the break/fix team. Monitor and action tickets based on SLA timers in the service queue. Perform hardware repairs on servers (i.e. replace hard drives, RAM, motherboards). Utilize proper escalation channels for tickets that need escalation. Adapt to constant hardware and system platform changes.
