I am a chef, writer, poet, business co-owner, and supervisory crosswalk safety ambassador who is a first-year graduate of the culinary skills program at George Brown College with both honors and a near-perfect GPA (3.88 GPA). I am passionate about creating hearty and delicious comfort food and ethnic food, experimenting with herbs, spices, and ingredients from different cultures around the world. I have always been dedicated to serving the public with both excellent customer service skills and my culinary expertise. I enjoy cooking and baking while creating dishes filled with love and passion. I like challenging myself with new and intricate recipes. I professionally write recipes and share them; some have been published, while others I share on social media and in my blog. I do a fair amount of writing, as I am a professional published poet who has been writing literature for almost a decade. I used to write professional hockey articles for a media company and still write hockey content for a social media hockey page. I co-own both a social media hockey group and my partner's successful jewelry business. I assist my partner with managing costs, sales, and more hands-on tasks such as completing finishing touches on her jewelry, packaging, and delivering packages while she runs multiple successful professional online businesses. We are currently Canada-wide, in thirty stores, and we frequently do pop-ups in and around the city of Toronto!
