I am responsible for leasing vacant space in our medical office buildings in the Los Angeles basin. I negotiate letters of intent, leases, assignment and assumption of leases, and amendment with individual doctors, doctor groups, their brokers, attorneys, and business managers. I pursue business development with local medical office brokers, new prospective tenants, and also foster relationships with existing tenants. In addition, once a Lease is executed, I work with a team of contractors, designers, architects and engineers to manage and represent the building ownership in the construction phase of the Tenant Improvements.
