This includes minimizing inventory/instrument investment as well as maintaining accurate records of product placements. Responsible for the day to day supervision of the District office inventory and logistics function and the OSC Specialists and Inventory Specialists. Good working knowledge of company products, operating systems and procedures is critical. · Assigns and supervises the work flow of the logistics and inventory process in the district office· Responsible for the day to day supervision of the OSC Specialists and Inventory Specialists in the district office· Responsible for the performance management process regarding assigned employees Facilitate Internal Training· Responsible for training the new Logistics employees; OSC Specialists and Inventory Specialists. · Will conduct training or support operations as needed at other company locations Inventory Control/Record Integrity· Coordinates and supervises the Product Recall activities· Participates in annual physical inventory and maintain net adjustments within reserve amount· Oversees and Maintains accurate IAP records· Conducts annual physical inventory and maintain net adjustments within reserve amount Inventory Management· Reviews instrument and inventory performance with District Sales Manager· Achieves company asset investment goals as related to inventory and instruments· Develops procedures, systems and reports for company-wide application Support Internal/External Customer· Advises and consult with District Manger· Provides reports and analysis to support product placement decisions· Provides analysis/reports pertaining to all P&L related District Operations· Supports systems including SAP and the Microsoft office suite
