Implemented a new Plant Growth Regulator applications schedule featuring a consistent schedule, resulting in the need to cut perennials back fewer times than previous years. Regularly scheduled fertilizer applications which created more consistent product growth. Increased the number of chemical applications and maintained a consistent application schedule which succeeded in reducing disease among perennials. Worked with the other companies to help identify pest issues and determine optimum methods of controlling pests at their locations. Participating companies were sent monthly reminders of recommended monthly applications. Company feedback/results were analyzed and used to modify monthly treatment recommendations and a spray application calendar was developed for all participating companies. Initiated employee training to expand knowledge of pest control which resulted in identifying and reporting pests more quickly.
