Cody Shepherd is the Executive Vice President of CSRA Business Lending in Augusta, Georgia. CSRA Business Lending operates as a Certified Development Company of the U.S. Small Business Administration making SBA-504 loans in conjunction with banks throughout Georgia and South Carolina. CSRA Business Lending also operates the CSRA Direct Loan Fund which offers more flexible loan options, and the Georgia Meat and Poultry Loan Fund through USDA. Cody gained six years of banking experience with Georgia Bank and Trust before joining CSRA Business Lending as a loan specialist in 2017. Cody is experienced in the credit underwriting standards of SBA and has completed the NADCO University Credit Risk Institute. Cody is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. While attending Georgia Southern, Cody was on the tournament bass fishing team and competed on the Collegiate FLW Tour. Cody is a member of Leadership Columbia County Class of 2019 and a member at Kiokee Baptist Church. He is an avid outdoorsman and golfer who enjoys spending time hunting and fishing at the lake with his wife and two kids.
