I analyzed terrain, weather, and significant activity throughout the area of operations in support of all missions specifically concentrating on the Insurgent activity relating to mission effectiveness. I conducted mission analysis, planning, and execution briefed on my findings of Insurgent activity, hot spots, and the assessed attack trends while using various mapping, plotting, and analysis systems. I lead Battle Planning and Battle Mapping for Downed Aircraft Recovery while conducting Hasty threat analysis. Enemy Examination and exploitation: Assisted in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action. I assisted in the preparation of Order of Battle records using information from all source databases and in the preparation of strength estimates of enemy cells and factions. Leadership: While acting S-2 Non Commissioned Officer in Charge I had the privilege of having Soldiers work for me enabling me to guide them and teach the soldiers my knowledge of the job of being an Intelligence analyst, Security Manager, and a professional.
