Global Operations Start-Up Outage Support Specialist• Fort Saskatchewan SMR Commissioning & Start-Up Specialist • Directed and led permitting activities for the entire site’s construction and commissioning workforce• Responsible for the site’s safety for the duration of reformer catalyst loading as acting construction site supervisor• Commissioned and energized the largest winterization effort in HYCO fleet• Conducted commissioning efforts such as process line blowing, boiler feed water flushing, and initial equipment runs• Coordinated efforts between Air Products and contractors for critical path maintenance activities• Training new operations team to be able to successfully run during normal operations and upset conditions • Baytown Natural Gas Expansion • Executed the shutdown and startup of one of the largest expansions in company’s hydrogen business history• Supervised confined space entries simultaneously during the duration of the turnaround• Plant Turnarounds • Perform critical role for turnaround activities such as permitting, and lock out tag out at multiple plant sites throughout North America including Pasadena, TX, LaPorte, TX, Baytown, TX, Westlake, LA, Baton Rouge, LA Convent, LA, Catlettsburg, KY, Ashland KY, Detroit, MI, & Fort Saskatchewan, AB Canada. • Act as single point of contact for site safety and operations• Responsible for all confined space entries as supervisor

Commissioning and initial start-up on a Steam Methane Reformer. Job duties included commissioning of all equipment, compressors, pumps, motors, fans, blowers, valves & other equipment in the plant. Saw multiple plant trips/events during the start-up process that helped with the learning process & identifying problems & customer impact. I became a Confined Space Entry Supervisor which my roles included traveling to different plant's/process's verifying space was safe to enter with LOTO, and paperwork. Also travel to AP plants that are either new or expanding to help with construction, commissioning activities, initial start-up, writing procedure's, & training.

Operate and maintain 4 large scale 250 megawatt Gas Turbine's, and 1-300 megawatt steam turbine. Multiple start-up's and shutdown's on all the turbine's per what the power market was like for the day. Conducted daily rounds on all unit's and water sample's on our large demin system.

Daily monitoring of valves & flange's for releasing emmision's into the atmosphere. Daily reporting and logging through hand haled devices to microsoft applications.
