• Created an exclusive sales agency organization to sell global service contracts to new and existing customers for the world’s largest communications provider: Avaya
• Built, onboarded, and ramped a global sales team of 15 technical sales professionals within 3 months

• Managed and fostered SVP relationships with Avaya
• Pivoted to organize and create a national Professional Services organization focused on configuring, installing, and supporting voice and data networks (Avaya and Cisco) which resulted in over 1,000 customer networks
• Cultivated a relationship with the largest U.S. Avaya Valued-Added-Reseller (VAR) and became the primary Professional Services Organization (PSO) for SMB delivery and execution to over 500 networks and customers.
