Overall duties included generating daily personnel recalls for Drug Demand Reduction program; producing, tracking and completing enlisted/officer reports and decorations; maintained computer and physical filing systems; provided complete meeting support including preparing materials and taking notes; unit government purchase cardholder responsible for purchasing all military gear and logistical products mission related as well as for members in confinement; in charge of new member sponsorship program to include coordinating on base lodging, tour and tracking of all administrative in-processing paperwork associated with each member; unit weighted airman promotion testing officer (WAPS) responsible for producing, tracking and completing all promotion testing appointments. In charge of Unit fitness test and testing all Airman when they are due.
