I interned at Elfie.co during the summer of my junior year.- Acted as a bridge between English and native speakers, helping to teach the head of IT English- Carried out a competition benchmark, analyzing how other Meditech and telecom competitors were advertising their products to corporate customers.- Helped to create the new 'For employers' page on the Elfie website, through my research on competitors.- Created infographics in both English and Vietnamese on how to display higher work ethic.This provided me with an important glimpse into the corporate world, especially educating me into how business are actually managed and the importance of technology in contemporary businesses.

I spent the summer of my sophomore year working at the Truck Cafe, a coffee shop owned by my mother. - Trained under the head barista, learning to make all the different drinks.- Got an insight into customer service, and actions workers must take to make customers feel better.- Also helped the head barista learn English- Acted as a medium between English and Vietnamese speakers (The coffee shop is located outside the British International School, so there were many English speakers.)- Created social media posts on The Truck Cafe's Instagram page to advertise to customers.Unfortunately, my work was cut short due to lockdown measures implemented in Ho Chi Minh City in the middle of that summer.
