- Conceptualized, coordinated and executed ground-level community engagement campaign for Neighborhood Genie, an innovative cell phone app that utilizes data from volunteers’ driving patterns connecting them to nearby seniors in need of help with minor tasks. - Managed communication between Research Director in Palo Alto, Director of the Echo Park Senior Center, cell phone app developers at University of Pennsylvania, participating in community organizations, and the community-at-large. - Coordinated weekly campaign adjustments and improvements based on continual feedback received from weekly campaign meetings and frequent interactions with community organizations, seniors at the senior center, and potential volunteers in the community. - Managed design and distribution of post-campaign surveys to potential volunteers and seniors; collected, cleaned, analyzed, and presented survey data to campaign group to support follow-up research project designed to reflect and prepare recommendations for future success in the use of cell phone apps to help connect volunteers to populations in need.
