•Act as a “go-to” resource for all SHI Inside Account Managers and Account Executives to answer product and program questions.•Serve as one of the main point of contacts on the Symantec support team to support SHI sales force.•Develop and manage a sales pipeline on an ongoing basis.•Identify customer needs/requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.•Execute on marketing initiatives and campaigns mutually developed by SHI and our Partner Account Managers.•Meeting or exceeding business objectives on a quarterly basis.•Conduct conference calls/meetings with SHI sales teams and manufacturer sales teams to foster stronger relationships and uncover new opportunities.•Assist in training SHI sales teams on identified manufacturers products & programs and how customers can benefit by using their core products.•Stay up to date on new product technology offerings and manufacturer specific training and certifications
