This included seasoning the ribs, working the grill, preparing dinners, working the cash register, and setting up and tearing down of the booth.In the past two years since I have worked there Uncle Bub's has placed in the top 5 out of 30 contestants and has won the award of "Best Sauce" in 2012. This is an exciting and fun learning experience that I enjoy taking part in every summer.
