I work part time as a general bookkeeper and assistant to Oakley Enterprises LP. It consists of rental properties both residential and commercial. My responsibilities vary but generally include: Handling renter communications, sending certified letters, balancing checkbooks, general financial bookkeeping including tax prep assistance, office organizing and up keep, phone calls and emails, and things of this nature.

During my tenure at Kelly, I was in Tier 1 of iOS calls. We mostly helped get signed back into Apple ID, set up new devices (all Apple devices except Apple TV), and things like that.

For Broadpath Healthcare Solutions, I took Medicare Advantage calls. I would update customers PCPs, update their billing information or account information, send out their ID cards, set appointments for them, and process appeals.

At Papa contact center, I did bill payment calls for their health insurance clients. Most of my tenure here consisted of accepting payments for medical insurance. I also updated account info, and utilized the internal database to answer different questions.

This was the last year I did this. I worked January through April as a seasonal tax prep agent the years 2016, 2017, and 2018. This was done through Sykes. I used the TurboTax software to help walk customers through tax returns, find the right forms, technically support them when the app was down, etc.

I worked as a delivery driver for Dominos for a while. I delivered pizzas, helped out on the pizza making line (mostly at the ovens), and also worked the drive through window at our location.

I was cross-trained at Sykes as a help desk agent, at the time they were having a lot of issues with their remote workers VPNs and needed overflow calls caught up from their help desk. I took a lot of these calls and helped agents get logged back into their VPNs, resetting their passwords for their equipment, explaining the tools to them when needed.

This was a remote position. We used software with headphones to watch and type out closed captions for recorded, and sometimes live News, TV, or online Podcasts.

At Community Hardware, I started out only receiving the truck. I quickly added in stocking, counting inventory, and running the cash register. Most of my tenure I would spend 3 out of 5 shifts running the register, 1 receiving and then helping stock the truck, and usually 1 doing the assorted things: inventory, helping customers on the floor, cleaning, etc.

Trying to expand my skills I got into Avon sales with my sister. We sold to the ladies of our community by putting our pamphlets out at the local businesses and hitting up the ladies at church as well. We hosted make-up parties, did ladies makeups for events, and even did some recruiting to get more sales agents for Avon.

This was my first official job. I worked at my fathers computer repair shop. I started with simples tasks like cleaning and simple repair jobs on some of the computers. Eventually I was running the cash register, doing most of the intake, and a lot of the repairs. We pretty well ran the shop together. Until I was getting close to finishing high school and moved on to work for my grandparents.
