As the Learning and Development Senior Manager at Goldmark Property Management, I spearheaded the creation and implementation of the Site Operations and Sales Training Program—a foundational initiative designed to onboard new site office team members, introduce them to Goldmark's culture, and equip them with critical skills for a successful career. Over the course of a year and four months, I led a large-scale effort that involved training over 100 employees, including a full company retrain of leasing specialists, assistant property managers, and property managers.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:-Facilitated training at a live, fully operational property while also serving as the Regional Manager, providing participants with real-world experience.-Developed a Crosswalk system to distill critical skills from job descriptions and stakeholder input.-Standardized training programs across the organization to ensure consistency and scalability.-Created templates for frequently used job aids to streamline the training process.-Co-led a breakout session at the company summit, sharing insights and best practices with leadership and peers.-Spoke at the company roadshow, traveling to every region to provide updates and engage with all employees across the organization.-Collaborated extensively with SMEs and key stakeholders to ensure the program met the needs of all involved.-Innovated new frameworks and tools to build the training program from the ground up, overcoming the challenge of minimal archived materials.-Led a team through the complex process of creating and launching a high-impact training program with long-term organizational benefits.This role has been an incredibly rewarding experience, demonstrating my ability to lead large-scale learning initiatives that drive organizational growth and success.

During my tenure as Student Body President, I served as the liaison for Moorhead's student body to the administration of the university and to the MnSCU system office. I sat on many university committees to include, but not limited to, Finance/University Budgeting, Hiring Committees, Program Development, and Student Affairs. In addition to my regular duties, I led my Senate in a major cultural overhaul that addressed operational and strategic issues underlying in the organization. I facilitated a major culture shift influenced by Patrick Lencioni's work in "The Advantage". In addition, all operational manuals were updated and greatly improved, and the Senate was able to work more efficiency and with more clarity.

I served as the liaison to the MSUM School of Arts and Humanities handling the concerns and issues of the 10 academic programs. In this capacity, I helped the department handle issues in areas including, but not limited to, academic affairs, veteran's affairs, tutoring, and other academic issues that affected the college.

I was the first founder and Grand Master of the chapter. The Sigma-Sigma chapter is the first fraternity to come back to MSUM's campus in a decade. We are a 501(c) non-profit and had to be built from the ground up. My responsibilities included: recruiting, program development, leadership development, building an effective organization, strategic planning, account management, and collaborating with leadership internationally to maintain a successful non-profit.
