Director Of Program Management
CurrentAs the Program Director of the COO Enablement team, I am leading a team of project managers responsible for tracking each CCO division's requirements for enablement, ensuring that relevant information is curated and easily accessible to the appropriate stakeholders. Leveraging the tools and technology available, we architect and implement strategies for capturing and disseminating key information and learning that is quickly produced, easy to maintain, and easily consumable by the intended audience(s). We connect teams across organizational units (and the globe) in order to take a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing. Our focus is on increasing our employees and partners knowledge and expertise in their delivery area(s) and increasing their ability to deliver outstanding and timely services to our customers. We are constantly innovating, experimenting, and improving.
