As a PM on Amazon Pharmacy's Storefront team, I own the Detail Page CX. As with Amazon's Retail business, the Amazon Pharmacy Detail Page is the primary interface where customers find, compare, transfer, and purchase medications. Create tailored customer experiences based on authentication status, completing A/B testing for each feature before launching. Craft long-term vision with a year-by-year roadmap aligned to organizational vision and goals, and execute cross-functionally with internal and external tech. Forge strategic partnerships with Research, User Experience, Customer Service, Product, Finance, and Leadership to improve customer selection, price, and purchasing confidence.

I owned products for Amazon's WW Diagnostics team, aimed at accurately (and efficiently) processing COVID-19 tests taken by Amazon employees and external customers. My products are related to patient health information data security, lab inbound/sortation, pack/ship (for internal employee testing), and inventory management for internal testing kits. In this role, I:• Maintained roadmaps for product development based on shared goals between my team, my stakeholders, and my development teams;• Set prioritization of related items for bi-weekly sprint planning;• Communicated progress, wins, and lessons learned to leadership;• Worked closely with my key business stakeholders to identify problems, calculate impact, propose solutions, and submit complete requests to applicable development teams for scoping and prioritization;• Monitored and report on KPIs, work with data teams to build new metrics or dashboards to reflect new requirements• Suggested new features or services to improve customer experiences.Some of my biggest wins included: • Reducing lab mis-sorts by 13%, reducing the overall time required for the lab to complete the analysis and vend test results to test-takers;• Introduced user-input validation for Inbound processes- ensuring a high qualit -bar for sortation- reducing ~3% of lab defects;• Built out metrics dashboards for defect tracking, which has enabled us to decrease several key defects to improve our customer/test-taker experience;• Built out requirements for system updates to enable stress testing- eliminating deployment risk by more than 50%.

In this role, I owned Amazon’s central automated controls for applying regulatory and safety-driven restrictions for all dangerous goods and hazmat products sold by Amazon throughout the world. Amazon’s worldwide Dangerous Goods program fulfills tens of billions of dollars in annual business, and hundreds of millions of shipped units per year- all of which are subject to safety and regulatory requirements. Keeping safety as my top priority, I managed a roadmap, authored technical requirements documents, authored and tracked launch plans, as well as regularly engaging with my users and software teams to improve the user experience of our tools. My biggest achievements included:• Led development of a centralized hazmat deep-dive tool from inception to delivery- worked with user experience and back-end developers to provide users with final required hazmat restrictions for orders/ASINs. This increased non-tech user adoption by 400% within the first 6 months and decreased worldwide Dangerous Goods Operations deep-dive time from ~2 hours to ~2 minutes. • Transitioned my team to work in a sprint model, which decreased average requirements gathering time (from submission to finalization) by 50%. This enabled my team to guarantee single-threaded-ownership and 2-week completion if prioritized in sprint• Completed and documented audit best practices for entire Dangerous Goods space- which resulted in flagging millions of distinct misclassified products to send for re-classification (making it by unit count, the most impactful audit in the history of the program), and corrected shipping restrictions for unexpected/unknown hazmat products• Led 6 worldwide launch strategies for migrating controls to centralized tool• Led 6 hazmat marketplace expansions efforts, and established hazmat playbook for marketplace expansions

In this role, I was responsible for migrating and managing automated controls related to the shipment and storage of dangerous goods/hazmat products. In the absence of a product manager on my team at the time, I led the efforts from a PM-standpoint. Post-development and user acceptance testing, we began migration efforts from outside systems to our central repository, improving the safety of Amazon Associates worldwide. My biggest achievements included:• Led a major tech integration project involving software development teams across multiple tier-1 systems aimed at improving customer experiences and enabling billions of dollars of annual new business via product enablement• Served as the liaison between regional dangerous goods operations teams and tech for OP1/OP2• Analyzed and documented Amazon’s WW end-to-end dangerous goods fulfillment process to identify optimization/improvement opportunities • Invented two processes to enforce the content of 12 dangerous goods regulatory books, increasing rule writing efficiency by 200%, saving 1200 PM hours/year

I was responsible for managing a team of employees, and was accountable for the end-to-end business of roughly 40 retail customers. I negotiated customer contracts, and added new standard steps to the company’s order intake to drive a 15% increase in cost-savings.
