This necessitated rolling out to end-users and replacing their preferred browsers, potentially leading to resistance. To mitigate this, I worked with the product's customer success team to develop a department-by-department rollout plan. This phased approach helped to identify and address issues early and lead to a smooth adoption process.• Our helpdesk system required a major upgrade, introducing significant changes to both its backend and frontend. These changes made it necessary to retrain end-users on the updated system. To prepare, I spun up a version in a sandbox environment which allowed me to perform a practice upgrade and learn the new system in advance. As a result, the live upgrade proceeded smoothly, and, with my training, users quickly adapted to the new system.

    Manage and support the daily operations of the organization's computer systems, including software installation, updates, system troubleshooting, and basic user assistance, ensuring optimal performance and security.Notable Accomplishments:• Our building's new wing required a complete setup of both layer 2 and 3 networking from scratch. We had no in-place reference documentation and I was tasked with programming the router, switch, and access points before users transitioned to their new workstations. To achieve this, I pulled the configurations of our current devices and compared them line-by-line with the product's official documentation to replicate the settings on the new equipment. My process was a success and users were able to move into the new area of the building without any delays.• The process for creating user accounts at our company required optimization and formal documentation. We were doing a hiring push and the existing method for setting up new accounts was slow and inefficient. I developed a fully documented PowerShell script capable of reading information from a CSV file to automate both the account and email creation processes of multiple users at once. This new process reduced the time needed to create one account from approximately 20 minutes to just a few seconds, enabling us to meet the increased demand of new users

I volunteered to join the project team, helping with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), product demonstrations, system selection, and training of new users. The rollout was a success and everything was in place in time for the grand re-openings of our stores.• Our organization required an expense budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Being newly appointed as the store manager, and with our Chief Retail Officer (CRO) also new to their role, both of us were relatively unfamiliar with the financial intricacies of our operations. To address this, I received access to the financial data from the previous two years, analyzed, and reconstructed the budget creation process based on the actual sales and expense data. At our meeting, the CRO expected starting from scratch, but was pleasantly surprised to see that I had already prepared a full draft of the store's budget.
