My Information Technology background consists of working in a corporate setting project managing high level projects, troubleshooting and servicing Windows and UNIX computers. My main focus on Infrastructure Project Management was new facility opening. Projects that range 8 to 14 months and a $1.5 million budget. I managed the design, planning, contracts and deployment of Telecom, Low Voltage Cabling, Audio Video and Desktops. The facilities are over 150,000 square feet with high demand of technology throughout.Experienced in handling user accounts through Active Directory - setting permissions and passwords, setting up network printers, troubleshoot VPN issues and setup Cisco IP Phones. While on Field Services, I tested, documented and implemented projects such as upgrading enterprise wide, the company from XP to Windows 7 OS. I was the point person of contact for our Café point of sale systems which includes deploying new terminals and opening our seasonal outdoor Cafes throughout the company.
