-Providing support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, time and attendance.-Delivering high-quality service and advice to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.-Supporting the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.-Conducting investigations in employee situations, including but not limited to, harassment, discrimination, and violation of company policies.-Ensuring integrity of all HR reporting and analytics. (Rosters, Attrition, Attendance etc.)

- Acquiring top talent for Service, Office and Production departments.- Managing full cycle recruitment process from recruitment to offer stage.- Creating and maintaining recruitment relationships with Universities and Communities throughout New Jersey.- Trainer for Cintas' Meticulous Hiring workshop - A workshop that all hiring managers attend prior to interviewing.

- Facilitating the hiring process from meticulous hiring interviews through offer stage.- Administering new hire orientation and performing periodic new hire satisfaction follow ups.- Conducting exit interviews and developing retention plans to reduce location turnover.- Preparing HR analytics including Turnover Rates, Workers Comp., Cost per Hire and Attendance Rates.- Updating and training employees on policies and procedures as directed by corporate office.

- Staffing an exceptional personnel of Doctors, Technicians and Medical Front Desk.- Preparing and evaluating weekly, monthly and yearly financial analytics.- Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office protocol and systems.- Ensuring compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and ethics.
