We are there to follow strict guidelines and procedures within Equinix to ensure speedy customer service. We are authorized to carry a weapon on the site at all times never to draw on it unless actual threats of harm on life is determined

Involved in middle management, overseeing teams of 20 or more agents ensuring they give the best customer service for Verizon Wireless, handling reports created in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Handling customer escalations over the phone. Also involved with training agents to be the best representative they can be; Was announced Top Performing Manager for the 2018 year.

Involved in assisting customers over the phone with the X1 TV Platform. Assisting them in repairing their TV from issues they may be experiencing. Also conducted minor sales of Double Play and Triple Play upgrades for customers who are also interested in XFINITY Internet and Voice.

I was in charge of the security at the store, doing routine checks of the store ensuring safety and order among the store customers and employees. I also was in charge of the apprehension of shop lifters inside of the store, we would process them inside an office and work with local law enforcement to settle any disputes that may arise, I also attended court for these charges against the customers who Shoplifted at the store and barred them from ever returning.

I was in charge of Inmates based on a work privilege, they would go out daily do jobs such as kitchen work, barber, library and/or programs to get them self ready for regular society again, these inmates were very low profile in terms of criminal charges. I did routine Security Checks of each unit to check for contraband, escape routes, and other sources that could serve as a potential threat to inmates, and security. Peumansend Creek as of June 2017 has shutdown but has re-opened back up as Caroline Detention Center which now serves as a housing unit for ICE.

I was in charge of roughly 90 to 100 inmates in a pod daily, doing routine security checks, making sure there are no leaks, security threats (i.e. Escape Routes) and looked out for the well being of inmates. We worked with programs such as X-Jail and Microsoft Word to write Incident Reports that we would also file on a nightly basis. I left RRJ due to my treatment there, I felt there was a lot of favoritism going on with other officers and no one officer was getting the same type of treatment as the other.

I did overnight stocking in Walmart, this is pretty straight forward, I stocked the shelves at night as well as running multiple departments and having keys to unlock many types of product. I would also do Backroom Inventory under the same job title as well. I left for a better opportunity
