As a Tech Lead I led 15 engineers in 3 agile teams on designing, developing and continuously improving digital products for Whirlpool's E-commerce operation, considering as the three most important pillars: a strong relationship with stakeholders, data security and user experience. I drove the implementation of a framework for obtaining and making broadly available operational data in real time, increasing the control over processes and KPIs, in addition to creating a data foundation for tasks prioritization and decision making. As a focal point for Whirlpool's LATAM E-commerce integrations, I worked in the support to the regional teams, founding a services integration ecosystem with countries such as Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.

Responsible for planning, executing and leading projects for Whirlpool’s E-commerce, such as operational efficiency improvements, implementation of customer relationship platform and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) system. I led the forum of prioritization and budget management of E-commerce business, establishing a method based on strategic and financial KPIs. I was part of the foundation of the LGPD cell (General Data Protection Law) in D2C and Logistics areas, helping to build a strong culture of personal data security by design for new products and projects, identifying and mitigating possible risks to the integrity of our customers and collaborators.
