My career in retail, hospitality and real estate in domestic and international settings, has given me a wide range of management experience in a variety of commercial and operational environments. Due to my enthusiasm, commitment and helicopter view I have been able to achieve and maintain results that have made substantial difference to the results of the business. Even under difficult circumstances, like leading and implementing change, I remain able to successfully translate vision and strategy to commercial and operational goals and objectives. I perform well in a dynamic and highly competitive environment. I prefer addressing the tasks at hand with a focus on targets combined with a hands-on approach. During this process I encourage my team to take on responsibilities whilst I keep an open mind for other opinions and/or changing circumstances.I have experienced I enjoy cooperation and negotiations, both formal and informal, with all levels, disciplines and cultures.
