When the economic downturn forced me to leave a promising career in banking, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure where to turn next. I’d dabbled with building static HTML sites before, but for the first time, I saw an opportunity to dive deeper. I began learning to code—not as a hobby, but as a way forward.𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. Picking up programming later in life came with its share of trial and error, late nights, and countless moments of frustration. But those challenges only strengthened my resolve. Eventually, my hard work paid off, and I found myself leading teams and mentoring junior developers in dynamic, fast-paced environments. That’s when I discovered a new passion—𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.
