Realization of the company's turnover doubling in five years according to the business plan. Acquired three companies and successfully integrated them into the existing operation.Result• Growth of the company's turnover to € 180 million, of which the acquisition of a new customer of the loyalty program is an important part (90,000 m2; € 10 million turnover per year).• Most recent success; the acquisition of a new customer in Germany. Turnover €10 million per year with a 10-year logistics contract.• Acquired and integrated companies; Forwarding company specialized in FTL/LTL shipments to Southern Europe (€40mio), Forwarding company specialized in FTL/LTL shipments to Turkey and Greece (€4mio) and an overseas forwarding company with 5 branches in Germany (€42mio)• Privatization of the container truck division (€60 million per year)• ISO 27001 implemented (data safety & security)

Within the board responsible for all staff departments (Finance, Business Development & Sales, HRM, Engineering & ICT, Facilities, QA). Responsible for large key accounts. Result • Starting new offices and E-fulfilment activities for a US based B2C sales company in Moscow, Rostov, Siberia, Khabarovsk. • Introduction of a Business Intelligence tool to convert big data into information. • Starting a new operation in Germany (of which I was Geschäfstfüher for three years) • Starting a new warehouse operation in Budapest, Hungary (14,000 m2) • 4PL Control Tower built to support the $18 million freight forwarding of a US-based manufacturing company

Responsible for the development and optimization of logistics processes and applied technology. Projects are always delivered turnkey. Result • Develop, build and implement a pick-pack-ship center for processing e-commerce orders for vitamin products and fast-moving consumer products with a volume of 10,000 boxes per day. • Implementation of an IT fallback center.• Migration to Citrix • Select and implementation of a new transportation management and warehouse management software solution.

Result• Growth from 10,000m2 to 60,000m2 warehouse capacity• Implementation of a European Distribution Center (import warehousing and distribution) for an Irish beer producer (excise environment) with branches in Venlo (NL) and Milan (IT) that ships 60 million liters of beer annually.• Implementation of a European Distribution Center for a direct selling American customer (import, customs, 20,000 m2 warehousing and distribution). This customer is still a top 5 customer of Seacon Logistics.• Implementation of a European Distribution Center for a food producer.

Responsible for setting up a new commercial office in Tilburg (NL). Many acquired customers are still customers of Seacon Logistics.
