I am a passionate real estate developer and asset manager with over 20 years of real estate experience throughout the asset lifecycle that provide me with a unique ability to identify, envision, and create exceptional projects that maximize value. Prior to my current role heading up Ensemble’s East Region I served in several key roles for Liberty Property Trust where I was involved in the acquisition and/or development of properties containing over 7.5 million square feet in eight different geographic markets, representing approximately $4 billion in investment. The diverse opportunities I have been provided have offered me the opportunity to gain experience in: Researching market economics and dynamics to identify unmet demand; Evaluating the infrastructure, environmental and geotechnical aspects of potential development parcels; Marketing development projects to users; Negotiating leases, sales agreements, and development agreements; Creating progressive and successful development teams; Managing projects from conception through completion; Overseeing property management and operations; and Selling completed and stabilized assets. At Liberty I was involved in the development, marketing, leasing and operations, having overall P&L responsibility, for a 4.5 million square foot portfolio of urban office, industrial and flex space. This development portfolio of properties in Center City Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Navy Yard includes some of Philadelphia’s most environmentally responsible and high-profile commercial developments including Comcast Center, the Comcast Technology Center and the redevelopment of the Philadelphia Navy Yard. At the Philadelphia Navy Yard I have been directly responsible for the master planning, development and leasing of 16 LEED certified (2 Platinum, 7 Gold, 3 Silver, and 4 certified) projects representing over 1.6 million square feet and over $400 million of invested capital. In my current role at Ensemble my team and I are currently embarking on a 15 year master plan development that includes 3,000 residential units, 2.5 million square feet of life science and office space, and 350,000 sf of retail.
