Find and execute value-creation opportunities and manage the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business. Work alongside DSPs to help solve challenges at a programmatic level; influence their business planning and strategy; and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success. • Oversee a portfolio of 30 DSPs accounting for over $180MM in annual revenue.• Onboard and guide DSP owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring they have resources in place to effectively ramp-up operations and prepare for peak periods.• Coordinate and lead Business and Financial Health Reviews to discuss business performance and new opportunities, as well as provide benchmarking data and insights to drive profitability and operational success.• Identify workflow inefficiencies while working to formulate and implement operations improvements at the Amazon network level to improve individual owner DSP experience and Amazon Logistics performance targets.
