• Meet with customers to understand their requirements, goals, and objectives for their specific diversity program (S/D/M/W/VBE). Support the sales and construction teams with contractor and consultant outreach in support of achieving diversity program requirements, goals, and objectives• Support the development of the corporate small business advocacy program and establishing and monitoring all small business outreach efforts - meet with existing and potential small businesses to evaluate opportunities for collaboration• Review and QC all new Small Business Subcontracting Plans for Federal projects and State projects with Small/Disadvantaged/Minority-owned/Woman-owned/Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (SBE) requirements• Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of company small business initiatives and maintains program performance data for periodic review by senior management and Government representatives• Provide procedural guidance to ensure effective consideration of and participation by SBE concerns in the award of subcontracts• Compile and maintain a database of potential SBE concerns to assist technical and procurement personnel in locating and contracting with such concerns; also attend trade shows and other conferences promoting and identifying SBEs• Monitor SBE related public laws and keep current on SBE programs and developments by maintaining contact with others in the field• Conduct training, provide assistance relevant to SBE concerns for procurement• Review, prepare and monitor the corporate Small Business Subcontracting Plan requirements, including preparation and analysis of monthly metric reporting, conducting annual and periodic training for internal staff as required by statutory requirements• Prepare semi-annual government SF295, annual plan and other reports, as required, and assist in compliance reviews with the Small Business Administration and other oversight agencies
