As a business professional in the construction management field, I have multiple years of experience in various fields throughout the industry. These industries range from estimating to insurance management, project coordinating to human resources. I am able to read and understand contract documents, bid documents, front end documents, read construction schedules, schedule manpower and order materials. I am a problem solver and I have always had a passion for helping others with problem solving. I received my bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management & human resources from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA. In addition to my major, I also received a minor in business economics. I have extensive knowledge in management, marketing and sales. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have experience in commercial banking, retail, sales construction management, commercial and industrial insulation and a vast variety of fields. I am currently employed by Insulating Services Inc outside Nashville TN. after spending 17 years at Ledesma & Meyer Construction Inc. located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I am a driven, hardworking and a kind person who knows how to get a job done while getting along with others at the same time. I am goal oriented and always possess a resplendent attitude and a willingness to get the job done with zero to minimal problems while making the client happy. In regards to construction I feel it is most important to finish the project on time and with zero litigation. I have flaws just like any other person does, however I am a person who learns from my mistakes.
