As an experienced supervisor, I oversee the daily operations of a busy and popular restaurants, ensuring customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and food quality. I have successfully managed multiple tasks, such as coordinating reservations, handling complaints, training new hires, and enforcing safety protocols, in multiple fast-paced and high-pressure environments.I graduated with a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2019, where I developed strong analytical, research, and presentation skills. I also gained experience in data analysis, using various tools and methods to collect, interpret, and visualize data for different projects and purposes.
