• Work as Project Manager to lead and work closely with cross functional/cross sites core team to commercialize x-ray imaging systems for word wide growth segment market. The functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Service, Manufacturing, Business, Marketing, Commodity, Logistics and Supply Chain, mainly from Shanghai and Rochester Sites.• Responsible for the full life cycle management of Medical Devices, from Concept, Feasibility, Design and Development, Shipping Authorization, Optimization and Stabilization to Discontinuance. Manages project schedule, budget, resource, quality, risks and etc.• Leading the following projects:Focus 35C/43C Detector, Image Suite (Console with Mini PACS), Value DR Retrofit Solution, Wave Injection System, Motion Mobile

• Managing all of the technical aspects associated with Image Suite Software Platform (CR/DR Acquisition Workstation + Mini PACS + Reporting System). These include (but are not limited to): technical deliverable, technical project schedule, project resources, interfacing with Commercialization Program Managers, Product Line Managers, Service Escalation Managers, etc.• Develop and maintain the technical project schedule (coordination of all technical areas)• Identify and mitigate project dependencies, technical risks and issues; develop contingency plans• Specifications development• Facilitate both project design and testing responsibilities• Manage internal client relationships• Ensure compliance with development policies, the commercialization process and required standard operating procedures

• Lead the software team to develop a RIS (Radiology Information System) with enhanced reporting features for Chinese Market and implement in a Tertiary Hospital in Hangzhou• Did much study on workflow of imaging departments of top hospitals in Hangzhou, such as Radiology, Ultrasound and Pathology.

• Development of a Holter (Long Time ECG) Workstation for Nihon Kohden, Japan.• Responsible for the Features Implement and Bug fix • Maintenance of MFER (Medical Waveform Format Encoding Rules) Data Parser
