Lead the detailing team consisting of 4 other automotive detailers. Along with detailing duties, my responsibilities as the manager included:-Scheduling-Supply acquisition-Communication with customers to ensure needs were met-Hiring of additional detailers

- Developed and maintained LED driving hardware/firmware- Verification of new hardware including signal integrity, thermal, load, EMI, andESD testing- Developed and integrated touch screen clock and score control system to replaceobsolete 20-year-old system- Designed new microphone/starter for aquatic timing system resulting in ~$20ksavings- Created test plans and procedures to ensure quality of outgoing products- Tested new/updated firmware with System Testing group

- Improved existing manufacturing lines by adding and integrating sensorsincluding vision, infrared, temperature, and safety switches- Hands on repair of various manufacturing equipment including electrical cabinets,electrical motors, and variable frequency drives

- Troubleshooted the world’s widest (220 inch) aluminum rolling mill whenproblems occurred- Planned installation of level sensors on fluid tanks to measure system losses. Thisincluded adding the sensors to the PLC programs
