As a Customer Experience Technical Representative here at Generac Power Systems, I assist customers, technicians and certified dealers in various situations via phone ranging from product and warranty statuses, to locating dealerships within the area for service scheduling, to troubleshooting many mechanical products, to documenting cases and customer experiences. I have an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Marketing from Madison Area Technical College, which helps me understand the needs and expectations of the customers and the market. I have strong skills in communication, problem solving, and attention to detail, which are essential for my job. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that strives to deliver the best solutions and services to the customers and internally within the company.
