Responsible for identifying and exploring new product and experience opportunities that align the Sonos product portfolio to strategy and business objectives. •Lead a team of Product Managers working to identify, explore, and propose new product opportunities for Sonos including new categories of hardware, services, features, partnerships, and positioning•Partner with market, technology, and creative counterparts to develop a deep understanding of the future landscape of consumer electronics and smart audio marketplace including technology trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and content landscape•Partner with user research and the creative community to understand the future customer reality within our target audience and adjacent markets including customer environments, behaviors, media consumption, social interactions, technology consumption, and listening needs•Develop future portfolio recommendations on where to play (areas, markets, customer groups, product categories), how to win (differentiation, pricing, product characteristics), and how to commercialize (business models, market tactics)

As Principal Hardware Product Manager it is my job to:-Create strategies to help guide which products and experiences we deliver, then lead the creation of new hardware products-Be an evangelist for the customer and for the product experience, and motivate the team around that vision-Define the functionality of new products – from a high-level product vision down to the smallest details-Deliver superior quality and the best product experiences-Create space for development teams to push the limits of what’s possible, while providing guardrails that keep the product within timelines and budgets-Test and interweave young technology into experience and product roadmaps-Maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape-Make decisions around tradeoffs between features, experiences, cost and time such that the product development team continues to make progress

Responsible for leading the long term strategy of customer-led products, features and technology deliverables for the H-D brand. This includes motorcycle and HDMC feature cadence, customer progression, technical and innovation roadmaps, pricing, positioning, obsolescence, regulatory and market representation. Delivered new predictive analytical models for market share and portfolio volume.

Responsible for areas of product life cycle planning, customer-led strategic planning including infotainment product strategy creation, and portfolio management

Responsible for all phases of vehicle program development and delivery from conception to technical guidance to project management.Additional duties include software programming and architecture for custom analysis software based in Visual Basic and Matlab.
