  I create daily lesson plans for four different classes. Each class requires different levels of difficulty. Therefore, I develop four different lesson plans for each class to meet the needs of all my students.My plans are designed to create a culturally diverse and inclusive environment for all students.I attend weekly staff meetings to discuss current student achievement, classroom engagement, increasing rigor, and preparing students for success.Each day requires me to be adaptable to different situations and malleable to change.
