Acted as the account manager and point of contact for a book of accounts totaling more than $3.4MM in ARR, including our largest customer. Everyday duties included facilitating the implementation and adoption of the ChannelMix platform for 45 different clients while consulting those clients to help them attain scalable and attributable digital marketing by managing project timelines, delegating tasks to client counterparts, and clearly communicating expectations. I also developed and piloted a process to automate support for 15 low touch clients enabling the CS team to expand total accounts owned.
