My duties at Beer Guys were vast and my job essentially was to ensure smooth operations at all times. I worked everyday and was always on call ready to react to anything that happened at any time of day. I would make sure there were adequate amounts of liquor in both bars and work closely with management staff to ensure efficiency and financial success. I also planned events for the bars and would rent out equipment for these events. I also would interview prospective employees and work very closely with the owners to ensure we were well staffed. I would also go to other bars and venues and record information about their specials and to see what was working for them. If there was ever a task that needed to be done, I was the one the owners would call because they knew I would successfully accomplish it.
