As a Commercial Services Examiner at Stewart Title, I perform title searches and examinations for commercial properties across multiple states and counties. I have a strong background in the real estate industry, having worked as a Title Examiner and a Title Searcher at Land Title Guarantee Company for over a year. There, I gained valuable experience in conducting title searches, preparing title reports, and verifying legal descriptions and ownership records. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Landman / Energy Management from Colorado Mesa University, where I studied business administration and management, as well as the legal and technical aspects of the land and energy sector. I am passionate about learning new things and applying my knowledge to real-world scenarios.
