Responsible for providing day-to-day support to Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) and study team, setting up and maintaining project-specific ClinTrak modules, tracking and managing patient pre-screening, screening, and enrollment, updating study-specific documents, plans, and processes, creating and maintaining enrollment projections and study timelines, supporting feasibility and site selection/activation, supporting sites and Clinical Research Associates with site study supply distribution, distributing study updates and correspondence to Sponsor, sites, and Medpace project team, providing oversight of electronic Trial Master File (TMF), including management and coordination of required TMF quality reviews, scheduling project team meetings (internal and external) and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and action items to all team members, Sponsor, and vendors, preparing presentation materials for meetings such as the Kick-Off meeting, Investigator meeting, and any other face-to-face Sponsor meetings, and maintaining close collaboration, interaction, and effective working relationships with Medpace and Sponsor project team members.

Responsible for dispensing, packaging, compounding, delivering, and restocking unit dose medications to Omnicell and Pyxis automated medication cabinets on patient floors, operating rooms, and surgical centers, reviewing and consolidating patient medication lists, tracking and verifying medication expiration dates and removing expired items from patient care areas, preparing and delivering controlled medications to patient care areas, unpacking and organizing medication shipments in central pharmacy, and assisting pharmacist with all other tasks.

Responsible for entering prescription information into the computer system, dispensing medicine into and labeling medication vials, releasing prescriptions to patients and operating a cash register, performing audits to verify prescription information matches computer records, maintaining records on medication stock within the pharmacy, and assisting pharmacists with all other tasks.

Responsible for assisting the laboratory instructors and the Director of Laboratories/Scientific Materials Manager to maintain proper laboratory conditions, preparing laboratory equipment and chemicals, enforcing safety guidelines, troubleshooting instruments, assisting students with chemistry laboratory experiments, and grading laboratory assignments.
