Construction Qc Manager
Current* Manage a punch process with the GC and oversee completion. Ensure closeout photos, warranties, OM Manuals are provided as required.* Supervise all aspects of the construction process and oversee General Contractors across multiple markets.* Resolve construction issues and or conflicts in a timely manner (field conditions, drawing conflicts, and code issues).* Manage throughout the lifecycle of each project phase and approve the contractors work to assure quality construction and adherence to the approved plan, specifications, contract documents, and codes.* Ensure that each project is completed to the specifications and that all closeout paperwork has been submitted in a timely manner from the GC.* Oversee & manage FHA/ADA & waterproofing consultants.* Provide construction and budgeting input for planning, design, and engineering throughout the duration of the project.* Review all schematic, design development and final construction drawings.* Manage a monthly construction administration process including applications for payment, schedule updates and GC monthly reporting.
