I worked directly under the CEO & Board of Directors at Corient to source, analyze, perform due diligence, & execute M&A transactions to grow the company inorganically. This culminated in a full IB roadshow, where I led an in-depth quality of earnings process with EY, worked with management & bankers to create materials to demonstrate the company's massive value & potential, and was the primary point of contact with due diligence teams to respond to their questions and document requests. In April of 2022 we closed the acquisition of Corient by CI Financial.In addition, I led & trained the new finance department at Corient until they got up to speed to take over my prior responsibilities as Director of Finance, while retaining all the regular FP&A responsibilities.
