Professionally, I am focused on setting goals for me and my company, and completing them in a timely and orderly fashion. I love the pressure of deadlines and having the responsibility of others relying on me. I hope to continue being involved in soccer, whether I be playing on the field or managing a team, it is what I love. I grew up in an athletic family. My mom played volleyball and my dad played almost every sport his schools had to offer. I fell in love with soccer when I was 6 years old. I couldn't comprehend much at that age, however when I walked onto that field I was a completely different person. Throughout my life as a soccer player I've been constantly belittled and put down, with people telling me I'm homosexual or not a real man because I play a "women's sport". Although I could've played football or baseball to avoid the hate, I thrive in it. I've used the mean words and turned them into positive outcomes. If it wasn't for my grit and determination to prove myself right, I wouldn't be nearly as successful or happy as I am today.
