Experience gained from my years of employment in different industries as a young adult has allowed me to gain a better understanding of customer relations and gain confidence in my own abilities to solve complex issues in a calm and productive manner.My experiences in owning my own business' has taught me a great deal on the advertising, marketing, and accounting practices that go into the basic operations of a business. My first business was C&C Lawn Care which started as a small high school side job to a full roster of lawns that I had under my care. The second and current venture is CNRJ Studios which is a music marketing and vocal recording/engineering studio based out of Mankato, MN. I am the owner and operator of this Sole Proprietorship and also have a social media manager under my payroll.
