During my time serving the IT community at the University of Santo Tomas, I developed the ability to proficiently answer questions and solve problems within the student body. While with the Thomasian Gaming Society, I did external and internal affairs work that required me to communicate with potential partnerships and sponsorships. I also performed administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, setting appointments, filing various documents, maintaining databases, updating spreadsheets, creating email templates, etc.
