Current• Developed and implemented Behavioral Health and Performance Group activities for International Space Station, long-duration spaceflight missions and ground-based simulations.• Section Team Lead for the Operational Psychology Section of the Behavioral Health and Performance Group; managed team of 7 people who provided psychological support to International Space Station (ISS) astronauts and their families. • Prepared and implemented in-flight resources for ISS astronauts and their families to ensure crew and family well-being and morale during long duration separation missions.• Individually responsible for developing and defining Operational Psychology support program at NASA over 14 year period and as program is implemented today.• Liaison to NASA's Behavioral Health counterparts from ISS partners Russia, Japan, Europe, and Canada.• Life Sciences Project coordinator supporting activities including Astronaut Selection, Flight Analogues Project Bed Rest Studies, Behavioral Health Research projects such as facilitating changes from research to mission operational use of specific on-orbit behavioral health tools, and representative for International Organization for Standardization (ISO) document compliance.• Managed compliance with HIPAA and Privacy Act of 1974 while implementing psychological support and behavioral health programs.
